Camelot Postal Shooting Competition 2020

An open postal league for Sporter Air Rifle & Air Pistol run by Camelot Target Shooting Club and will run January to June and is open to all ages. Shooters may enter any combination of the following rifle classes: Six Yard Sporter Air Rifle ~ Pre-Charged (.177)Six Yard Sporter Air Rifle ~ Springer (.177)and then within the class each shooter may enter for 1 or 2  positions, i.e. Standing and / or Kneeling, in any combination, and all within sporter rules! Shooters may also enter any combination of the following classes ~ Six Yard Air Pistol (.177)Shooters will shoot 20 competition shots, per entry, by the last calendar day of each month. NSRA targets will be used. For all Air Rifle targets, shooters will put 2 shots on each bull, i.e. 10 per target. For all Air Pistol targets, shooters will put 5 shots on each target. The cards from January and February will be entered into the national stats database, compared with any current / previous scores, and then a shooters ranking list for each position / class produced. Then, dependent on entry numbers, each of those lists will be split into divisions, and the cards for March to June inclusive will make up the competitive league from which medals will be awarded for 1 , 2 , 3 , plus…. All other shooter who complete and return on time all their league cards will receive a competitors medal to acknowledge their achievement. All scores will be published via the internet at http://www.sporter.org.uk and added to the National Stats database http://www.gbrshooting.org.uk. The entry fee is £5.25 per rifle position and pistol entry.  This covers competition entry fee, targets,  pellets and postage costs.
